eFragz is a home for gamers, from any platform, from any walk of life. It doesn't matter where you come from or how old you are you just need to like the games. I suppose since you are already here you have some love of games and that’s all you need to be a part of the eFragz community.  At eFragz we’re aiming to provide a home and the tools to get online, discuss, play and socialize with other like minded people.

So what tools do I need other than a gaming machines and a win stick?

Well the win stick is optional, but from the PC side of things we offer free access to a voice communications server, powered by Mumble, and the eFragz steam group helping you see what everyone else is playing, friend up and join in with some games. Communication is a big part of our site; we have an instant chat accessible from every page, a shoutbox and active discussion forums so that you can communicate even if your shift pattern isn’t the norm.

Our Community hub is the core of our site; by advertising your Steam username, Xfire username, Xbox 360 and PSN gamer cards it makes it easy to find people with similar tastes. Our personal photo gallery feature allows you to upload your pictures that can be shared with friends or the entire community. Our community calendar let’s you create your own events and send out invites, guides on how to get started with these tools can be found in the Info section.  We’ve tried to provide a toolset that allows community members to create their own content without relying on staff members. If you’re interested in something, go create and interested people will follow!

At the heart of eFragz is our LAN parties - the reason we got started. We hold biannual LAN events in South Wales and everyone is welcome with a ticket (as long as you are over 16 or accompanied by an adult). An eFragz LAN is the weekend away where you decide what you get involved with.  You can chose to take part in the many scheduled gaming sessions or create your own with a bunch of fellow LAN attendees, take part in the tournaments running throughout the weekend and try and win some prizes or just chill and catch up in person with your online teammates. We have a complete LAN section devoted to telling you what it’s about and how to get involved.

We are an open community and cater for most tastes, to keep things running smooth we have a few rules, have a quick look through them but don’t worry, there won’t be a test. The eFragz admin team is usually not far away if you have any issues or need some help, please remember we are like you and love games.  Our admin team are volunteers, we are made up of Admins, Cable Monkeys and Contributors, together we are just trying to make a haven where we can game and chill out.
