So gents 2010 is a new year

Who fancy's doing the mens health this year?

A date has not been set yet but i want to get the ball rolling.

the run is on the 3rd of october (sunday). i have booked myself on the last wave which starts at 12 o'clock. so put your money where your mouth is.
