I had an eFragz account on the old site but when I try and login my password doesn't work

Due to the move across to the new eFragz site all passwords were not carried over, you will need to reset your password and then all will be peachy.

When I try and retrieve my password I don't get an email

The chances are that the email used to sign up for the old eFragz site is an old one, if you contact us stating your username and the email that you wish to use going forward we can update your account.

When I purchase an item from the store, I enter my details and now my chat window shows my name instead of my username

For your first purchase when you enter in your full name in the eFragz store it over writes your chat settings, to change it back to your username simply go to your profile page, and from the prfile drop down menu select edit details.  Change Your Name to your username and save, chat settings will be back to normal.

When creating a post click on the youtube button to insert the correct tags, from the video share link just add the alpha numeric code that is after the http://youtu.be/
